We aim to provide clear and transparent shipping and returns information for our customers.

All orders are subject to product availability.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a replacement, wait for restock, or a refund.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

  • Orders are dispatched once payment has been successfully received.

3. UK Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Options

  • Economy Delivery (Free): 5–8 business days

  • Standard Delivery: 3–4 business days — £15

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

4. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

6.2 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
If the order has already been shipped, please follow our returns process.
