Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received

  • It must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved before sending any items back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We will provide clear instructions on how and where to return your item once your request is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
